The Cedar Park High School Dance Teams proudly participate in Get Your Rear in Gear Austin each year to raise awareness for colon cancer in honor of our late Director, Stacy Danielson.

Stacy served as a teacher, mentor, and coach at CPHS for 17 years and was deeply loved and respected throughout the Cedar Park community for her kindness, passion, and unwavering dedication to her students. Her impact continues to be felt far beyond the dance room.

Each year, our teams honor Stacy’s legacy, along with all those affected by colon cancer, by raising funds for research and spreading awareness to support early detection and life saving initiatives. We are grateful for the opportunity to dance, advocate, and give back in her name.
