My family and I are participating in the Colon Cancer Coalition 5K in Austin in honor of my dad, Mark Velbeck, who we lost to colon cancer in 2017. Since 2023, we’ve come together each year to raise funds, raise awareness, and make our MARK on colon cancer, carrying his name and his strength with us every step of the way.
